Public Contact Survey 2021

Warwickshire Police is committed to being able to deliver an effective and appropriate response to all requests for service.  We appreciate it can be a traumatic and difficult time when you may need to contact the police and therefore we are continuously seeking ways to improve the experience, not least at the very first point of contact you have with the force.

To help inform our understanding of how people wish to contact and engage with the force and the services provided, we invite you to participate in a survey.
The purpose of this survey is to understand the views of the public and how you interact with the police to help us learn, adapt and improve our services.
