North Wales Population Needs Assessment

Young people's survey

We are the North Wales Social Care and Wellbeing Improvement Collaborative. We are made up of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) and the six North Wales Councils.
In 2017, we collected information for the North Wales Population Needs Assessment.
We asked people about the services they used and what they needed so we could plan for the future.
We’ve talked to more people and improved services since then, but Covid-19 has changed lots of things:
more people need support
services have had to adapt and change how they help people.
We want to check services are still helping people in the right ways.

About this survey

Services are here to provide care and support for people of all ages with different needs. They help children and young people:
stay safe from harm and abuse
in care, including foster care
who have a disability
who have physical or mental needs
who need help with day-to-day tasks like bathing, dressing or shopping
If you receive care and support from services, we want to know what you think?
We want to know about the support you get, how well it’s working and what matters to you.
If you want to answer the questions over the phone, contact Eluned Yaxley on 01824 712041.
